On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting lounge featuring a comfortable L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and electric wood-burner-effect fire – ideal for cosy evenings in. To the rear, the stylish, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes a corner dining suite for relaxed meals, electric oven and hob, microwave, under counter refrigerator with ice box, and a washer/dryer.
Upstairs, the first floor offers two beautifully presented double bedrooms, each designed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a smart, modern shower room.
Outside, you’ll find a small but charming balcony terrace off the kitchen, and the captivating pebble beach and historic promenade a mere 25 yards from your door…
What to see and do:
Nestled between the wild Cambrian Mountains, two nature reserves and Cardigan Bay, Aberystwyth is the unofficial capital of Mid Wales – a vibrant seaside gem blending natural beauty, modern convenience, and rich Welsh heritage.
Stroll along the sweeping Victorian promenade and pleasure pier, explore the town’s three beautiful beaches and 27-acre UNESCO woodland, book a boat ride in the bay to spot dolphins and seals, take the narrow-gauge Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway to Devil’s Bridge, go biking along the Ystwyth Trail, learn to paddle-board at the marina, or ride the historic cliff railway up Constitution Hill for breathtaking coastal views and the world’s largest Camera Obscura.
